Overtime Pay
Overtime may occasionally be required to meet business needs. Just-A-Wee-Day will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Holiday Pay
Just-A-Wee-Day offers paid holidays each year, with eligible employees receiving regular pay for designated days. The annual holiday schedule is shared in advance, and normal schedules apply on non-holiday dates.
Bereavement Pay
In the event of an immediate family member’s death, employees receive paid bereavement leave. This time allows for arrangements, services, and personal matters during a difficult period.
